I am sure I am not the first person wanting to start a blogging site wher one can post and read in Indian Languages. I hope I am not the only wanting to post blogs in Gujarati or Hindi.
However, as T. S. Eliot would have said "between desire and action falls a shadow, because Thine is the 'English' world." And this is not a linguistic cry or a racist complain. Any individual or organisation, who wished to publish content in languages other than English (or Roman Script) would be at the mercy of those who wrote the code for the web.
